5. Content Standards for Filmmakers
5.1 Accurate Rating and Content Warnings
Filmmakers must accurately rate their film (G, PG, PG-13, R, or Unrated) and apply all applicable content warnings (violence, sexual content, strong language, drug use, mature themes, flashing lights). Misrepresentation of content ratings is a material breach of the Distribution Agreement.

All content uploaded must be properly cleared — music licenses, talent releases, location releases, and all third-party materials. See the Content Submission Release & Warranty for full requirements.
5.3 Metadata Accuracy
Film titles, synopses, genres, credits, and promotional artwork must accurately represent the film's content. Misleading metadata is prohibited.
5.4 Artistic Nudity
Artistic or narrative nudity (non-pornographic) in adult films is permitted provided: (a) the film is rated R or Unrated; (b) appropriate content warnings are applied; (c) age-gating is applied in accordance with BLOXoffice's age verification system.
