By submitting your film information to BLOXoffice, you agree to the following:

• You own or control all rights necessary to distribute this film
• The information provided is accurate to the best of your knowledge
• BLOXoffice may review submitted materials for potential platform inclusion
• BLOXoffice will maintain confidentiality of your submission
• No distribution agreement is binding until formal contracts are signed
• You understand that submission does not guarantee acceptance
